Late Arrivals
It is very important for patients to be punctual for their appointment in order for the smooth running of the clinics, if you are more than 10mins late for your appointment, our Practice Policy is that you will be asked to make another appointment as you will not be able to be seen if you are more than 10mins late for your appointment.
Cancellations
Patients are reminded that it is important to keep appointments and be punctual. This helps with the smooth running of the practice. If for any reason you are unable to keep an appointment then please notify the surgery as soon as possible so that these appointment can be offered to other patients. Patients to frequently fail to attend appointments without cancelling them beforehand, will be recorded on your file as a DNA (Did Not Attend). Our Practice Policy is that if you fail to attend on two occasions, you will receive a notification letter of the dates that you failed to attend. If you fail to attend on a third occasion, you will then be asked to register with another GP Surgery.
